The second Bet Lahem Festival is on next month. It's organized by the Holy Land Trust, and it's going to be terrific this year. Have a look at the links below:

About the Palestine Costume Archive
The Palestine Costume Archive was established in Canberra Australia in the early 1980s to provide a secure environment for the acquisition and research of Palestinian cultural heritage. The Archive also acquires historical and contemporary costume from the Arab and Islamic world.
We established our museum standard worldwide traveling exhibition program in 1995. We work closely with Palestinian diaspora communities, helping advise on privately held cultural heritage items and provide curatorial advise for communities interested in curating their own displays of cultural heritage.
You can read more about the Archive on our website (www.palestinecostumearchive.com). [we currently have an old version of our website up, so things like newsletters are a bit old, but you can still get an idea of what we do)
The Archive is staffed entirely by volunteers, from our director down to the Archive's over one hundred Education Officers scattered worldwide. This blog provides an informal record of what we do, our research, how we curate our exhibitions, how we purchase acquisitions, create educational programs etc.
Staff can be contacted - and reference / traveling exhibition inquiries left - on: palestinecostumearchive@gmail.com.
